These terms govern your use of the PKR3 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and agreed to everything set out here.
Welcome to PKR3. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the PKR3 online gaming and sports betting platform, including the website at pkr3.pro and any related mobile-optimised pages. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet or wager on PKR3, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.
PKR3 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, cricket markets, slots, fish games and bingo to players in Pakistan. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform is intended for personal, non-commercial recreational use only.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms apply to that promotion, and these Terms govern everything else.
PKR3 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and use PKR3 you must meet all of the following requirements:
PKR3 may require identity verification at any point. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address or other documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in your account being restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals being held pending verification.
By registering, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and that you will keep your contact details up to date. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
One account per person. Each person may hold only one PKR3 account. Registering multiple accounts – whether using different names, email addresses or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. PKR3 will never ask for your password by email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately via live chat or email.
Account activity. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including bets placed and deposits made. If you allow someone else to use your account, you accept responsibility for all actions taken during that session.
Dormant accounts. An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. PKR3 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the account settings section. You will be notified before any fee is applied. Any remaining balance after dormancy processing remains yours and can be retrieved by contacting support and completing any required verification.
Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals and bonuses are denominated in PKR. PKR3 does not hold or process balances in any other currency.
PKR3 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier at the time of your transaction. Supported methods may be updated from time to time.
Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. There are no PKR3 fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but PKR3 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Withdrawals are paid only to an account or wallet in your own name. PKR3 does not send payments to third-party accounts.
Verification before withdrawal. PKR3 may require identity and payment method verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where account activity triggers a standard review. This is a normal part of responsible platform operation and is not a penalty. Providing accurate documentation promptly is the fastest way to complete this process.
No credit facility. PKR3 does not offer credit. You may only bet or play using funds that are already in your PKR3 account balance. Deposits must clear before they can be used for betting or gaming.
PKR3 offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, enhanced odds and tournament-specific promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page before you opt in. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
Wagering requirements. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's terms. Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds in all cases.
One bonus at a time. You may hold only one active bonus at a time. If you deposit and qualify for a promotion while a bonus is already active, the new promotion will not be applied until the existing bonus has been completed or expired.
Bonus eligibility. Bonuses are for eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred, shared or traded. PKR3 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time and to remove a bonus from an account if there is reasonable evidence of misuse, including use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
Bonus expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period, which is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated free spins expire once this period passes and will be removed from your account without notice.
Abuse prevention. PKR3 monitors for bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage betting using promotional funds, and coordinated multi-account claim attempts. Where abuse is identified, PKR3 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings and to restrict or close the account involved.
The PKR3 sports betting section covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international matches, football, esports and 15+ additional sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on PKR3.
Bet acceptance. A bet is only accepted and confirmed once you receive a confirmation message in the bet slip. Odds displayed before confirmation are subject to change, particularly for live in-play markets. PKR3 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
Minimum and maximum stakes. The minimum stake per bet is PKR 500. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed in the bet slip before you confirm. PKR3 may apply reduced maximum limits on individual accounts where betting patterns indicate unusual activity.
Bet settlement. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition or governing body. For cricket, PSL match results are taken from the official match scorecard as confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the relevant tournament authority. In the case of a tie, super over, DLS method adjustment or other non-standard result, PKR3 will settle according to the official outcome.
Void bets. A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond the settlement window, or if the odds were published in error due to a manifest technical fault. Voided bets are refunded as cash to your account balance without any wagering requirement attached.
Live in-play betting. Live betting markets are subject to rapid change. PKR3 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any point during a match. Bets placed just before a suspension are accepted at the odds confirmed at the moment of acceptance. PKR3 does not accept responsibility for connectivity issues on your side that result in a bet not being placed as intended.
Palpable errors. If odds are published at a clearly incorrect price due to a technical or human error, PKR3 reserves the right to void bets placed at that price. Examples include odds that are clearly 10x or more different from the true market price. In all other cases, odds are honoured as accepted.
All slot games, fish games and bingo rooms available on PKR3 use certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are independently determined and are not influenced by previous results, account history or any other external factor. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is displayed in the game information panel before you start playing.
Slots. Each spin on a slot game is an independent event. Bonus rounds, free spins and jackpot features are triggered according to the published rules of each individual game. Free spins awarded as part of a PKR3 promotion are subject to the wagering requirements stated in that promotion's terms. Free spins that come as a built-in feature of a slot game (not from a PKR3 promotion) are not subject to separate wagering requirements beyond those of the game itself.
Fish games. Fish games are multiplayer shooting games where prizes are determined by a combination of player targeting and certified RNG outcomes for each creature. The prize value for each target is displayed within the game. Fish game sessions use your real PKR balance. There are no fish-game-specific free rounds offered as standard account bonuses unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
Bingo. Bingo rooms on PKR3 operate with fixed prize pools and ticket prices that are displayed clearly before you enter a room. Cards are managed automatically – if you are connected to the room, your cards are marked in real time and any wins are credited automatically. Disconnecting from a bingo room during a live game does not affect your card's eligibility to win; the game continues on the server and any prize is credited to your account.
Technical faults. If a game is interrupted due to a server-side technical fault, the round will be voided and any stake for that round refunded. If a fault occurs on your device or connection, PKR3 is not responsible for lost stakes resulting from a local interruption after a bet has been accepted by the server.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on PKR3 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
PKR3 uses fraud detection tools and monitors account activity continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily restricted while a review is conducted. PKR3 will not disclose the specific details of its fraud detection methods.
Closure by you. You may close your PKR3 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Suspension or closure by PKR3. PKR3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, abusive behaviour towards support staff, or account inactivity beyond the dormancy period. Where an account is closed due to a breach, PKR3 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
Self-exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from the platform for responsible gaming reasons, you can activate self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are taken seriously and will be honoured. If you attempt to register a new account while under self-exclusion, PKR3 will close the new account upon identification and return any deposited funds.
Appeals. If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may contact PKR3 support to submit an appeal. PKR3 will review the appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe. During an appeal review, the account remains in its current state.

To the maximum extent permitted, PKR3's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant issue arose. PKR3 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of expected winnings on bets that were not placed due to a platform interruption.
PKR3 is not responsible for losses resulting from your own errors, including placing a bet on the wrong selection, entering an incorrect stake amount, or misunderstanding the rules of a game or market. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip before confirming any wager.
Nothing in these Terms limits PKR3's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law, including fraud or gross negligence on PKR3's part.
PKR3 may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top. For significant changes, PKR3 may also send a notification to your registered email address.
Your continued use of the PKR3 platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.
Minor editorial updates, typo corrections and clarifications that do not materially affect your rights will not be separately notified but will still be reflected in the published Terms with an updated date.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PKR3 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any prior representations, agreements or understandings. No employee or representative of PKR3 has authority to vary these Terms verbally.
